When you submit a booking request through our app or website, we collect and store the necessary data to process and confirm your appointment. This includes your name, contact details, appointment date/time, and the materials you wish to bring. This information is stored internally for up to a year to maintain our own records and comply with industry standards.
  
  We will only use this information to contact you regarding the appointment you wish to book, and we will never share your details with a third party.
